You can return any products to us that have been purchased on that arrives with a defect. However you must do this within 7 days of receipt of your order. Defective goods will be processed as per the manufacturer’s warranty.

Products damaged by abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, or lack of reasonable care is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and cannot be returned at any time after purchase.

If your product has no problems, but you want to return or exchange an item that you have purchased on this website contact our customer care representative within 7 days of receipt of your order. Only complete undamaged and unused goods (including the packaging) can be returned or exchanged.

If the Zippo product that you have bought on this website has a problem and falls under the warranty of Zippo, contact our customer care representative.

Steps to return your product:

Step 4: Contact customer care and explain your return request. Make a photo of your receipt. If you have a video, share your video with our customer care representative.
